Latest Project

So, just before I went on vacation, I saw this idea on HGTV. I have had a blank wall in my kitchen since we've lived here. Never had an idea that I really liked and would rather have a blank wall than something I don't really like. As soon as I got home from the lake and got unpacked and settled, I headed to Hobby Lobby for supplies! I made this wall hanging out of foam core board and scrapbook paper. It is NO where near perfect!! But, not bad for my first try. I'm kind of in the home decorating mood for some reason. After I finished this project I moved a things around and now it feels new and fresh. What do you think? My photos aren't great - they are cell phone pictures. My camera broke while on vacation... so bummed about that!

These are the finished project. Once I got it on the wall, I decided to add some words and a few more strips of paper.
